We want you playing in gear you love. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they're unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Sizing Exchanges

New to gloves, guards, or cleats and unsure on size? If the fit is off, we offer easy size exchanges within 30 days. Reach out and we'll sort the right size.

How to Start a Return

Email support@firsttouch.shop with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, worn socks and used grip socks cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
